MAKING pedestrian underpasses, retaining wall into the cells " KRNJAČA-MOST "
On the reconstruction of the railrway Belgrade-Pancevo the company was working on the preparation of underpasses and retaining wall in the station "Krnjaca most". Ensuring the existing track on the part of the subways, as well as retaining wall foundation provided by the project piped piles, using the method "HW" ("Hochsttresser Weise"). However, due to unfavorable conditions foundation next to the river "Danube", making piles this method proved to be unenforceable, so that the contractor changed piles construction technology, and successfully use "CFA" ("Continuous Flight Auger") method. Performing subways, on the part of the track where traffic is not suspended, it was possible by using steel girder type of simple beam (popularly called "provisional"), and production of engineered steel struts. Performing subways beneath the track under traffic, in terms of the pressure railroad on Belgrade-Pancevo compositions up to 30 wagons, passed successfully. RECONSTRUCTION TRACK BEOGRAD-PANCEVO
Reconstruction track sections of the Bujanovac-Bukarevac
The project task was to develop the main project rehabilitation of the main railway Belgrade - Mladenovac - Nis - Presevo - State Border (line No. 3) on Corridor X, length 13,761 km, from the entry point 1 to the station Bujanovac (km 373 + 349.76 ) to the exit point No.4 from the station Bukarevac (km 387 + 110.88).
The section concerned included the rehabilitation of the main passage tracks in Bujanovac and Bukarevac stations, the rehabilitation of the railway line at Bujanovac-Bukarevac, as well as the reconstruction of road crossings in the width of the railway line.
The design speed at this section is 95km / h (and earlier the speeds were 50 km / h),
and the realization of this project created the conditions for the abolition of light traffic, safer and faster traffic, and the railways have regained importance in the development of railroad transport in the region and beyond.
Reconstruction of railway section Vinarce - Djordjevo
The section Vinarci - Djordjevo (km 282 + 285 - km 297 + 300) is part of the main railway no.3 Belgrade - Mladenovac - Niš - Presevo - State border. The design speed of this section is 120 km / h and 70 km / h, and the current speed is 50 km / h.
The realization of this project created the conditions for the abolition of light traffic, safer and faster traffic, with which the maximum allowed speeds will be returned to the level of the projected condition, and the trains regain the importance it plays in the development of regional and international rail traffic.
Planned works were arranged with a 4% unilateral cross-sectional hull with the installation of a 4.0 m wide geocomposite, and a tampon layer of sandy gravel with a thickness of 30 cm. The width of the plan is 6.60 m (3.30 m from the axis of the track), except in places where this was not possible due to local restrictions
ADAPTATION SCHOOL OF CHILDREN, IN GOLUBINCI, PANCEVO AND VRANJE
Company "RŽD International" for the Republic of Serbia, in the framework of the donation program for the adaptation of elementary schools in the Republic, chose the school "23. October "in Golubinci for works on rehabilitation and adaptation of the school building.
In the first phase, until the beginning of the school year, the replacement of the roof structure and the cover of the old and new school was urgently done, the facades were refurbished, and all the replacement of the roof windows was done. Then the repair of damaged areas around the roof windows and other places where there was a leak and penetration of water. After the rehabilitation of all damaged places, first of all in the attic of the new school, they performed all repairs planned by the power (reconstruction and refreshment of parquet and lamperies, electricity, hobbins, etc.) and after that the classrooms and hallways of the attic were rounded and propelled to begin classes. The deadline for completing these works is September 1, 2015.
All other works were done in the afternoon hours (there is only the first shift in the school), during weekends, and school winter breaks.
Company "Vorex International" donated donations to two more schools, in Pancevo and Vranje, and the adaptation of these two schools was donated by the Russian Railways Company for the Republic of Serbia "RŽD International".
WORKS ON CONSTRUCTION OF A CONNECTED LOOP IN NOVA PAZOVA ON THE HIGHWAY NOVI SAD-BELGRADE
The "Nova Pazova" loop emerged from the expected increase in traffic within the Nova Pazova municipality. The existing municipal road Vojka - Stari Banovci crosses the subject highway with the existing object - overpass. The newly-designed loop is planned as a modified half-walled crossroads, so that the existing denivelised crossing is retained and used as a part of the loop, and that the highway and outflow ramps connect the highway and the municipal road. Crossroads and ramps with municipal roads are made with circular currents.
This job was carried out in co-operation with the company MBO "Ratko Mitrovic" from Belgrade.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE TRACK SECTION FROM BATAJNICA TO GOLUBINCI
BUILDING NEW PERONS AND RAMPES IN OLD AND NEW BEDS
The reconstruction and modernization included the left track from Batajnica to Stara Pazova, with reconstruction of 4 AB of the gap, while from Novi Pazar to Golubinci a new, right, track was made, with the adaptation of the transitional construction stage and the construction of a new AB bridge with a range of 10 m. New platforms, ramps and warehouses have been made in Nova and Stara Pazova stations with adequate rain and faecal sewage. In addition, the rehabilitation of the existing roadway in the Stara Pazova station was also carried out. In the course of rehabilitation, instead of the projected classical hydro isolation, a new technology of injection of the special injection gel was applied under great pressure to the soil, so the destruction of the existing construction of the passage was avoided.
